Designation: Team Rider's Technician

Quote: "Don't create more work for me", "The moon is kind of a lonely place, that's why I like to keep it company.", "Don't screw this up!"

History: Kousei is an anti-social 1st year student attending Amanogawa High School. Still, those who knew Kousei back in Middle School remember him instead as a reserved, but otherwise caring and compassionate guy who one could always count on to help those in need. However, something happened to him right before he entered AGHS that completely changed him, making him completely retreat from dealing with any other of his classmates, often skipping class or requesting to be allowed to go to the nurse's office, be never showing up there.

What the other students at AGHS are not aware of is that Kousei entered the school on a mission, a mission given to him by his father with his last dying breath. On his first day on campus, Kousei searched and located the entrance to to the moon-base, which he dubbed the "Rabbit Hutch", and found the Switches and Drivers left there by his father. Ever since then, Kousei has been working on tuning the Switches, getting the Fourze system online, are combing the school database in-search for someone capable, and worthy, to wield the Fourze Driver and help him carry out his mission.

Quote: Before a battle "It's my responsibility to reprimand you.", activating Elek State "All before me will disappear with the thunder.", activating Fire State "The flames will eat the chaos away into nothingness.", and deactivating a Zodiart Switch. "I'll be confiscating this."

History: Growing up, Kagetsu's parents always treated him strictly, but fairly. From a very young age, Kagetsu was thought the value of following rules and the importance of maintaining order. His father always told him that the worst thing he could do was let a situation to fall completely into chaos. Kagetsu took his parents teachings to heart and, ever since anyone could remember, he had been the perfect son. During school he always excelled academically and in sports, never once having to be reprimanded or tell him off. Socially, all of his classmate would comment how simply being around Kagetsu brought some sort of calmness over them that always prevented the class from getting out of control. It did not come as a surprise to anyone who knew Kagetsu when he got elected to be part of Amanogawa High School's Student Council during his first year in the school. That year, during his first tenure in the committee, went on record for having the least behavioral referrals in the school's history, until Kagetsu's second year during which he managed improve that record.

Everything seemed to going perfect for Kagetsu, until the day of his 17th birthday. On that day, his father had been working as the chief monitor for the Moonbase mission, known for being extensively thorough with his duties, on that day he decided bend the rules slightly and perform his routine maintenance check a bit quicker and slightly earlier than usual, so that he would have enough time to make it to Kagetsu's birthday celebration. Unfortunately, it was on that day that the tragedy of the Moonbase occured. On the very next day, police officers arrived at Kagetsu' family house and arrested his father, saying that they had found evidence he had been somehow involve with the explosion that occurred on the Moonbase the day before. Despite his pleas of innocence and claims that he had been framed, Kagetsu's father was sentenced.

That even completely shook Kagetsu's world. Though he wanted to believe his father's innocence, he himself had seen the evidence against him, and he could not longer deny it. On that moment, Kagetsu bowed not fail to adhere to the rules like his father did, and punish anyone who dares to disrupt the order and throw his world into chaos. Kagetsu witnessed Richie's first transformation into Fourze, as well as his first confrontation with the Zodiarts, and while he does view the Zodiarts as the biggest threat to the order of the school, he does not believe that Fourze and his "Rider Team" are suitable to defend the school. In fact, he sees them as part of the problem.

B your my buddy and I like ya but I must direct your attention to an earlier postof mine

My bad. Hard drive failure must have gotten to me. @.@ Just keep me in mind for 'he who must not be named.' Or I'll pm ya, yea, I'll do that when I get some free time.

As Zodiarts are beings of corrupted Cosmic Energy driven increasingly mad by their use of it, no though former Zodiarts can be a part of Team Rider. Though the idea of someone trying to use a Zodiart switch to do good and then that goal ended up being twisted by the Switch's corruptive and drug like unfluence could be interesting.
