Space, a wide open void that we have barely even scratched the surface of, having only been on the moon and only glimpsed at the other planets of our solar system. Despite our best efforts it is largely a mystery to us, with most knowledge of space being based around mere assumptions.That was until recently at least, with th discovery a mysterious energy labled Cosmic Power by it's discoverers it was a largely mysterious energy that existed in space, its source unknown, its properties mostly speculation, but its existence was something that could not be denied. Keeping the discovery under wraps the Over Space Technology Organization researched the energy in secret within their hidden moon base facility. Gradually they begun to understand it better, and began to find uses for it little by little. The first set of creations a series of tools which could attach to arm worn "docking points" which could be stored in and summoned from tiny switch like devices which could function with far more power and efficiency than any other similar devices previously invented. The second was a suit which functioned on a similar prinicple ,utilizing a belt rather than switches,which coursed with light amounts of the Cosnic Power, thus augmenting th abilities of the wearer which was later modifed to work with the the switch devices codenamed Astro Switches, creating a next generation space suit of sorts. Some began to feel that there could be more profitable uses for this power though, after all the tools originally made with the Astro Switches were more than on par with conventional weapons, and one could only imagine how valuable a set of modular weapons which could be summoned in an instant could by. The head scientist initially objected to this course of action, but as funding for the project would be needed he gave in to the ambitions of his colleagues and th development of several weapon bad Astro Switches began. Among them there was one man who was dissatisfied with Cosmic Power being used to simply create tools or weapons, he wished to see the effects of Cosmic Power directly infused into a human and began to work on a clandestine project of his own. Using the tried and true switch based method he created numerous switch like device that when activate would cause the body of the "Switcher" to become infused and engulfed with cosmic power and transform them into a monstrous form, the resulting beings named Zodiarts. Driven more by th way his creation worked he began to see the human form as it was to be weak, and thus designed the switches to inject the user with more power each time until the monstrous Zodiart could create it's more powerful body without needing the base human body to manifest, only the conciousness.It was a process that would be traumatic on the user's body as time went on, but also highly addictive. His increasingly erratic behavior did not go unnoticed by the head scientist though, he knew there would be time when this madman would eventually try to trick others into using those demented switches of his, and at that point in time it would be impossible to stop that plan now. Instead he aimed to create a means to neutralize the Zodiart threats, a new suit which could use not only th arm based switches but a series of switch weapons which could dock with the legs dubbed Fourze he had intended to utilize this system to fight them himself but something unexpected happened. The head scientist was betrayed, his plans leaked to the Zodiart's creator who along with his other allies laid waste to the moon base, presumably ending the head scientists life and any obstacles he may have put in there way. But he wasnt quite dead yet, barely hanging on but still very much alive. With the last of his strength he took the 40 Astro Switches, two belts Fourze and it's predecessor along with his other remaining research notes, loaded it into the transforming moon rover "Power Dizer" and secured them within the testing module of the moon base, the last surviving remnant of the base. Creating a two way Cosmic tunnel between the facility and a secluded part of the school his only child would soon be attending. Finally with his last bits of strength he composed an email to that only child, telling them of what had happened, and what would soon be coming. He asked them to find a fitting user for the Fourze system, not wanting to put his own flesh and blood at risk for the danger his research helped to create.
It has been a year since then and th Zodiarts have not yet showed themselves, but have been at work behind the scenes nonetheless. They knew that for the most part the typical adult may be too levelheaded to truly give in to the corrupted cosmic power hidden within the Zodiart switches, instead they have chosen another group to be the users of these twisted creations. People whose emotions tended to run high, people faced with immense pressure, people who where sometimes tormented by peers or doing the tormented by peers while authority figures loomed over them in a percieved menacing manner: teenaged highschoolers their staging ground for this twisted experiment known as Amanogawa High School . They would prove to be willing and eager recipients of the Zodiart Power. Subtly the mysterious creator's allies have postioned themselves within the school staff, scouting the student body for those who would be the most willing users of the power. They themselves are Switchers but due to their role in the plan their Zodiart switches allow for many more transformations before the discarding of the human body. In a twist of fate the only child of the head scientist, who created th means to combat the Zodiarts attends this school, and thus their greatest obstacle being hidden right under their noses.
All while this goes on in the background those attending th school are largely unaware of events that have gone on, not knowing that each of them is a potential target for the mysterious agenda laid out by the Zodiart's creator. Some say that school is dull and boring, and they would be right but the students of AGHS have no idea that they are in for what is most likely going to be th most interesting school year of their lives. The start of which is heralded by the arrival of a new transfer student from the other side of the ocean....

Rider systems:
Fourze: The last completed system designed by the lead scientist of the OSTO's Cosmic Power research team. By itself it is surprisingly protective suit that augments the wearer's physical capabilites as well as a bak mounted jet pack to give extra mobility. There is cosmic power flowing through it allowing the wearer to fight on even terms with Zodiarts without having to infuse themselves with Cosmic Power. Further adding to it's power is it's versatility which allows it to dock with up to 4 Module Devices.
Nadeshiko: The first suit created by the OSTO Cosmic Power research team. While orignally intended to simply be a light and versatile space exploration suit the fact that that it can augment the wearer in the same way the Fourze Suit does means it has good potential as a combat suit. While it is compatible with Astro Switches it only posses docking points for Arm Modules thus limiting versatility a little.
Firebolt: Technically this system doesnt physically exist, all that does are a series of plans and theoretical blueprints left behind. Originally Fourze's creator intended to give the suit the ability to change form via a pair of switches known as Fire and Elek, which would alter Fourze's abilities. Eventually the plans were shelved and ended up being unfinished during the Zodiart creator's uprising. While integrating the designs into the alreacdy existing Fourze someone with enough smarts could cobble the two incomplete designs, along with an incomplete Driver belt into a working rider system. This suit has access to the Shock Rod or Blaze Gun depending on which form (fire or elek) is in use. Since the two switches must be installed at all times to use make use of Firebolt's abilities bot arm slots are permanently occupied, but is still ableto equip all arm switches.
NOTE: For th Rpg th Fire Switch is now a Left arm switch.

Astro Switches: The 40 Astro switches left behind for Fourze to use are also usable by the other riders using th same type of system, each is assigned to a different Docking Point on the suits. Before heading off to fight a rider can grab and install as many switches as their belt will allow and cannot hold anymore. Switches may be swapped between riders mid-fight and transported via Foodroids to them. As of now only a few have been tested and confirmed to be combat ready.
Foodroids: Originally odd robots which transform into food like items created mostly out of boredom in the bleak quietness of th moonbase they are now tools in the fight against the Zodiarts each filling different types of roles.
Machine Massigler: A motorcycle created for use by Fourze, while there is only one at the moment someone that knows a thing or two about motorcycles could probably tweak another motorcycle to perform on the same level, it also release no Carbon Dioxide Emissions.
Other
Power Dizer: A transforming powered exoskeleton originally made by the OSTO for operations on the moon surface outside the base as well as repairs and additions to the base. While it posses no Cosmic Power it is large, powerful and durable thus making it another useful weapon in th fight against the Zodiarts. Unfortuneately it is also heavy and tiresome to use, thus to use it to it's full potential it must be piloted by someone that is physically fit with alot of stamina. Can also transform into a land rover like vehicle or launch pad for the Massigler.

Appearance:
History: From the day he was born Richie had always been the loud and rowdy type, he would never go unnoticed, and he would always be damn sure that he left a lasting impression on people through his actions. Perpetually upbeat he tended to get on the nerves of some with his attitude he would fight back with nothing more than a lopsided grin and a compliment often confusing them and annoying them all at once. More often than not he would step between a bully and someone being picked on trying to act like a peacemaker while trying to befriend both Times when he seemed angry or bummed out were rare and only occured when something truly major had occured. On the flipped side he never was the best student, often doing just the bare minimum to get by and nothing more while making lots and lots of snarky remarks and jokes, mostly just to defy them and get a rise out of them for laughs. There was a sort of weird duality between his rebellious adult infuriating self and his schoolyard hero self but rarely was there any question that he was a good kid, just a bit tough to control. More and more teachers learned of this over time because of his father's job keeping him moving all over the place, with each school change being another clean slate for him to rebuild his usual reputation over and over. He isnt exactly angry with how he keeps getting uprooted but he isnt exactly happy either as he has rarely been in any place long enough to form any long lasting friendships despite him trying his best to always extend a hand of friendship to thos around him. The few friends he does have he values greatly like a pirate values his treasure chests, but has trouble holding on to them because of how frequently moves around. Finally his family's latest move has put him in a position that takes him as farther away than ever before, all the way over in the country of Japan, resulting in the most jarring change of schools he has ever faced. He would be lying if he said he wasnt nervous but just tries think of it like one of the many other transfers he has been through, despite home schooling being offered to him he still appreciates being able to socialize with others. Only time will tell if his rowdy nature, habit of sleeping in class and mouthing off to teachers will lead to a lots of detentions or a quick expulsion, and if he can manage to successfully mix in with a group of students totally unlike those he has been around before, but will at least give it his best shot when the time finally comes.
Another part of his nature of his his complete and utter lack of caution when it comes to his actions. He rarely if ever thinks before he acts which often leads to him barreling head first into trouble, leading to many a bad situation. He always says that when it comes to his actions his heart and gut are far better decision makers than his head could ever be. He tends to agree to things fairly quickly without much thought, which in the past has led to him being saddled with lots of tough odd jobs that he ended up getting very little pay or thanks for in the end which at least ended up contributing to his physically strong and fit physique which would go on to help him out when he ended up getting into less desirabl sticky situations where he had to use his fists to solve his problems, a course of action he dosnt particularly enjoy that tends to end with him awkwardly apoligizing.
His first day at AGHS is drawing closer and closer now that his family has finished moving and has got sttled in to their new home. Thanks to some warning and a little help from a friend of his online he has managed to learn enough Japanese to have a conversation with someone and at least get the gist of most things. Overall he feels more comfortabl speaking his native language but he can at least talk to others, even with some mispronunciations of names and other things, but has alot of difficulty writing and reading Japanese. He doesnt know that when he heads to his first day of class in his new school that he will end up getting caught in the middle of something huge, but when it finally goes down he will do as he always does and just roll with things and see how it goes while doing the best he can at it. On a final note the same online friend who aided him in learning the language also goes to AGHS, but he would have no way of recognizing them as they had never seen one another or heard one another speak, relying totally on text to communicate. He could pass by them without even knowing, though they might be able to pick him out of a crowd since he sort of stands out due to his heritage and refusal to ever wear a school uniform.
