I echo Bolt's sentiments. The acting is laughable but the show looks to have great potential. Hopefully something will come from this.

nothing anounced just yet. The video you saw was the video they showed to investors who want to buy the series for their network.

The atmosphere of the trailer seems dark and potentially dramatic. I don't see this being on Disney at all. It feels more like something for the syndication market.

People keep saying that it won't be on Disney, well we won't know that until another network actually picks it up. Otherwise it might very well be on Disney before all is said and done.

Personally I think FX might be the best home for the series.

I have to agree with you on that... I don't think disney could handle something of that depth. Then again.. after watching that trailer, I have faith that it isn't going to suck.

Agreed, the action bits of it look good. Let's hope that the acting clip they used for the preview isn't indicative of what the "out of suit" acting in the series will be like.

I'm glad to say that I was pleasantly suprised by the "trailer." Then again, up until about fifteen minutes ago I was skeptical that this whole "Dragon Knight" thing was real. The acting was fine to me. It *is* just a promo pilot after all. For all we know the final actors could end up being different if the show is picked up. I actually think the two actors fit the characters pretty well though. Different enough to seem like someone new, but at the same time, you can easily see hints of both Shinji and Ren.

I actually kind of like the premise too. It seems like it could turn out way better than the original source material. Ryuki was nice, but I think it would be cool to see the Riders working together rather than being forced to go at each others throats.

Now that I've seen this, I'm really hoping the show gets picked up.
