Oh.. I did get this little bit of news. KRDK will be getting a opening theme, complete with song.

And the Japanese version will have a different song.

We'll be getting both on MP3 once they hit the air, if not sooner. :thumbs:

What will the opening theme be like? I'm hoping for something contemporary like "Hero" from the Spiderman soundtrack. Except it would have to be from a band that's not as popular or expensive. But you get the idea.

On MP3 and from the internet, but yeah... two new opening themes complete with lycrical cheesieness have been created. One for the States and one for Japan.

What do you mean by lyrical cheesiness, exactly?

I haven't heard or seen it yet. The opening that I had seen was just pretty forgettable techno/Matrix-ish music playing as you saw the characters on screen.

Now it's going to have more of a Power Ranger lyrical opening.

That's kind of unexpected since I seem to recall someone saying they wanted to stay away from the traditional PR style theme.

It's... not a decision Steve wanted, but others really did. Dunno how much it will sound like a Power Ranger theme, but it will have lyrics and that might be the end of the similarity in openings.
