Yeah but they're practically dead at this point. They filed for bankruptcy last year and they're most likely gonna cancel their Saturday morning block once their contract with CW expires.

It just proves that Toei adaptations and a kids network that show repeat episodes of Yugi-Oh, Sonic X, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (No offense) do not mix.

CN is having their own problems right now. Despite the fact they're starting up a DC Universe block, they still have a lot of work to do.

Technically the show has been officially released, in proper aspect ratio (it was originally filmed in widescreen), and in some cases with English audio tracks, just not in North America.

If you're okay with imports and foreign DVD region types you could get the entire box set from Japan, but sadly that seems as close one will get to an "official home-grown release" outside of just making one for yourself.

It doesn't completely surprise me that the material was taken down from 4Kids' website, it has been more than three years after all, their license on it probably expired some time ago. It doesn't really say anything to whether that license has been picked up again by Saban, only that quite some time has passed since the last deal. One can dream though.
