not that shocking IMO, before i scrolled down the spoilers i was thinking of nadeshiko or fourze double rocket states since the shadowy figure is fourze~ish, but i guess every character unlocks uses the same "mysterious" sprite as this one

the 13 ryuki riders are imported from another game and is already in since CHOOO, the ones you stated above theoretically doesn't exist yet for CH (and for some, maybe even in ganbaride...), do the math and get over it
