Kamen Rider Climax Heroes Fourze

I need to look more into what Radar actually does. I thought it did something for Launcher but I don't think it does.
well, it does, try standing fullscreen length and fire launcher WITHOUT radar, the 5 missiles will scatter everywhere and won't hit the the enemy standing at the end of the screen, at close range it also won't give you all 5 hits since some of them are aimed sideways

after that try using it with radar equipped, all 5 missiles will actively seek the enemy in a tight formation and will score 5 hits all the time
If you go to command list, BuraKaWani's aerial special is named as Warning Ride, they don't put the three rings there for no reason.
what makes warning ride special on the first place was the sliding part and the curved trajectory afterwards, they can name it anyways they want but i have one name for that:lazy

I'll have to disagree here. CH and CHW were not good games. Let's not fool ourselves, they weren't. It was on OOO that the series became more than a horribly balanced, gimmicky pseudo-fighting game. OOO's changes (the addition of different gauges, taking out that horrible counter system, making transformations not time-limited, etc.) improved the game a lot, making it at least good and fun for Kamen Rider fans.

That said, I don't like how Fourze nerfed the gauges. Hopefully it'll be fixed for the next game, but meanwhile I'll stick with this one, even so.
fourze nerfed more than just the gauges, it made me realize that they ruin a whole lot more than that, like today when i found out that all characters with super armor (titan, axe form, sagohzo) NO LONGER HAS THEM, and yet they are still slow as hell making them an ironic sitting duck

the only characters with "true"(not partial, as in only when doing specials like kuuga ultimate) super armor now are...(wait for it) the guys from ryuuki!(the ones that has guard vent that is), kinda ironic seeing a fragile rider like scissors able to take more punishment than the hulking kuuga titan, and moves way faster to boot...

i guess we now know why roborider and shadowmoon doesn't have superarmor:it doesn't exist anymore

also, have you seen the old character's movelist yet? if you haven't seen them, about more than half of them got nerfed so bad now, like blade or diend, seems that in order to look "unique", the new or "improved" characters steal the moves of the old characters(as in the old characters no longer have those moves)

so yeah, from the small but great and playable rosters when the first CH, the game now had turned into a mishmash of horribly unbalanced game where newer characters got all the hot stuffs while the older ones kept getting smacked with the nerf stick(if gills and/or shin were to be added later, all those who mained amazon better brace themselves...)

you guys will probably find more horrible stuffs soon enough but these stuffs alone already made me want to stop playing...

but before retiring, i still can't do this one action
Single (gray) Style is now call Assualt Style.

-There is an unnamed feature that you can activate with max meter. Your attack power goes up and you gain new combos. Your meter will slowly drain and the power up ends when you run out of meter.

-The Instant Charge feature is also for Assualt Style. After performing specific combos with your character, by pressing the hissatsu button(+) you gain 1 bar of meter.
how do you actually do this? is it wii only? tried a lot of combos in the PSP version with the grey gauge dudes, doesn't seems to be able to perform this when pressing triangle after a combo

also, antares is one of the broken specials of the game, all other "pull wire" moves doesn't deal that much damage, plus it's unblockable

I was wondering about the custom BGM if there's some limit to the song duration, it seems to get cut out for like less than a minute. And there's also an instance when it doesn't work on previews and on the game itself. Music during climax time becomes silent..lol. I'm currently on 5.00 m33-6, I know it's dated but it still works. I've checked gamefaqs as well and saw that there's someone who had the same problem I had but made it work seamlessly, I hope to get some clarification on this one.

Maybe I could try redoing the whole process of adding up files or must be my iso. I got a patched version from hako's website, would that be the cause? If it doesn't I wonder what's wrong, now if it's a firmware thing then...:disappoin

Well at least I'm not alone on this one. I've also played it on Dolphin Emulator before the PSP release too, I didn't encounter the same problem, must be on the real console. The gameplay for PSP is just ok, the custom BGM part is the only thing that's bothering me a bit. Here's hoping for a patch like the one that was done for OOO last year. And if there isn't..well..I'll have no choice but to upgrade and say goodbye to 5.00 or just edit the f'ing .afs

Let me make it clear to you and other people who plays chfourze on psp with 5.00 m33-6 cfw. The custom bgm is a mess if you play on that 5.00 m33-6 cfw. I've followed some guys' instruction from gamefaqs and pspiso.com to change my psp cfw from 5.00 m33-6 to 6.60 pro-B and play with the untouched iso. Now with 6.60 pro-B, the custom bgm works perfectly.
As to why the 5.00 m33-6 cfw user can't play the chfourze custom bgm perfectly, the following are the probable cause:

1. The iso tool's prometheus beta06 patch (in order for the game to be able to be played in 5.00 cfw) caused the custom bgm to not work properly

OR

2. The 5.00 cfw is not able to properly play the custom bgm in the first place

Anyway, don't worry about the possibility of your other save game files to be corrupted/unreadable. There's always tools like Magicsave or SavedataE-D to protect your save game files. Plus, 6.60 pro-B is much stable, reliable and updated than 5.00. This is my opinion as a former lover of 5.00 m33-6.

^i didn't do anything and the game works okay down to the custom BGM stuffs, is using m33-6

but since i didn't encounter any problems with it, i can't help solve them either

but note that i messed with the driver type before i got CHF (press select at home/XMB , the m33~sony 990 thing) because i was playing DBZ tag before it, so you guys can try messing with that and see which driver actually enables custom BGM...

Just an update. I guess it was just my own stubbornness for refusing to change firmwares after all this time. I've been using it for like almost 3 years now, oh well. I did try everything possible with 5.00 M33-6, you must've gotten lucky with the patch or driver types with your own copy but no luck on my side. I just did the last option possible on my hand which was to upgrade my firmware to 6.60 LME and finally I got it to work. :castlerock:

I'm not familiar with the new ones yet since it's my first time doing it after so long but thanks to some youtube guide I found it was pretty easy to change and it didn't take too long for me to finally hear the custom BGM that I've desperately wanted to work on the old firmware. Anyway, Thank You for all your help and suggestions.

This one wants a guide for some non cancel attack links for characters and possibly set ups for finishers, like Gotou's... was it light -> medium, finisher while enemy in the air...

still can't do that special assault gauge action to regain portions of your gauge back, i'm beginning to think that the PSP version cannot do this...:170:

1. clearing a character will give you a star mark on the character's cursor, if you're not 100% yet that means there's a character you haven't played all missions yet, go check

and the all seeing eye predicts that its gotou birth, which you need to do by selecting birth again and pick the second name

2. no, you need to finish every single character's heroes mode to unlock all of the forms, arcade is only needed for several pictures and purple tatoba

3. start is + on wii/dolphin config(not on the keyboard you silly) so find the + button on your dolphin config and press it in-game
