We have 48 already confirmed, it does not mean the game will have only 48. I'm willing to bet that we will top 50 characters on this one.

Blog is up. Looks like some Riders have been re-voiced( I want my Blade-Kenzaki, Kitaoka-Zolda, Asakura-Ohja and as much as possible from original cast). And they also add lots of tag-team lines.

I was curious about this as well (Especially since (I think it was Red Ranger.) stated that 50 characters were confirmed from a magazine). I have a feeling Riderman and Momotaros are the last 2 characters. Wish it was Chalice; however, no complaints. I'm extremely happy with the cast.

With "everyone" being given their final forms, you must not be talking about the secondary riders, right.

Plus, it's New DEN-O (capitalization for the sake of making the point clear), Toei's precious, precious child. Like hell they aren't going full out on him. Though, I'm surprised he's only a gray gauge, considering how stupidly easy would be just having him summon the Den-Liner as an orange gauge.

Why would they put a form that contradicts the whole point of NEW Den-O (turning Imagin into weapons instead of form changes)?

Vega Form was an script error since they stated that NEW Den-O can't access a possessed form in the Trilogy.

The secret character is going to be OOO love combo or OOO Super Tatoba.

My bet is for OOO love combo.

Or a Birth with Cakeboss voice

Also i cant wait to take the Iso and check all the new tracks and probably I will be able to check who is the secret character

The blog says they revised sound effects from the previous iterations and that new ones have been added (including to finishers). It doesn't really say they got new voice actors for certain characters (although it's a possibility), just that they recorded lines for characters to fix stuff as well as record for the new finishers for the sub riders. As was already mentioned they also recorded tag exclusive lines during this time. This is another big change that happened because of the demand from the online survey from last year.

Wow, the news on the voice and sound is awesome! I hope they got more of the original cast back, but in any case, new recorded lines, even for the Riders who don't have their original actors voicing them is awesome news! It would be cool if people like Masahiro Inoue, Renn Kiriyama and Masaki Suda came back to record new lines for their characters. I can imagine that Shu Watanabe came back to record new lines for OOO.

And about secret character i really want ooo super tatoba combo or tamashii combo....
