Bio:Ryu lived like any normal teenager unknowing to him that he was singularity point and therefore unaffected by changes to a timeline unless they directly applied to him for example his birth or life. Ryu was walking back from school one day when his town was attacked by a person whereing black armor(Kamen Rider Necro) and several humanoid monsters (Imajin) they were destroying several buildings and killing several people. Running in fear Ryu was quickly surrounded by the monsters thinking he was finished. Suddenly a ball of light came out of the sky and stoped infront of Ryu saying "Form a contract with me I promise Ill protect you." Ryu agreed and the ball of light took on a solid form that resembled a cloaked form similar to some of the monsters his hands were gun barrels and his face looked like he was whereing a gold mask but wasnt. The Imajin who later revealed himself to be called Deneb fought off the Imajin until Necro and his imajin succeded in whipeing out Ryu's Time. Ryu looked around and relised he was in what appeared to be a vast desert he saw that Deneb was next to him and he asked what happened and where he was. When deneb told him that they were in the border between times because Necro destroyed Ryu's time. Ryu was in shock but something still bothered him when he asked Deneb why he wasnt destroyed with the time Deneb explained that since Ryu is a singularity point he is uneffected by changes to the timeline unless they affect his actual life and since the time that was wiped out wasnt the year that Ryu was born he still is alive. Ryu thinking about his family and friends that were all now dead he started punching the sand at his feet over and over again before finaly breaking down and crying.
Deneb looked at Ryu with pity and finaly Ryu said "please Deneb give me the power to defeat necro to protect people and time from other Imajins so that other time era's don't have to suffer the same fate mine did." Deneb was against it and explained to Ryu that the Zero system he was carrying would give Ryu the power he wanted but at a cost. Ryu sayed "I dont care I'm going to protect people from Necro and Imajin at any cost." Deneb nodded and handed over the zero system and rider pass for the zeroliner. As soon as the rider pass touched Ry's hand a large steam train shaped like a bull that had a second car shaped like a hawk suddenly appeared on train tracks that seemed to come out of nowhere. Ryu asked about the train and Deneb explained that the train zeroliner was a time train that could take him to any year the Imajin were threatening Ryu noded and followed Deneb onto the train and towards his future as a Kamen Rider.
