Plot summary:
Ishiro Matrix was an ordinary person with a normal life, a loving girlfriend and a father who wanted him to follow in his footsteps, however he always dreamed of living his own adventure like on his computer games but when his girlfriend talked him into joining the military he was approached by high ranking officer that offered him a chance to live his dream and be part of a secret project that would greatly benefit his nation, however what he did not know was that Shocked had chosen him to take part on an experiment, turning him into a modified cyborg human, with the sole purpose to hunt down and eliminate all enemies of shocker. Shocker had taken up the public front of World Industries, a company that developed new technologies and it is there on their secret underground lab that Ishiro was transformed and brainwashed into an obidient servant of shocker. Many months later, his worried girlfriend managed to follow his trail to World Industries and by accident ended up in the underground laboratory where she was quickly capture. Confronted with the choice of killing her to protect shocker's secret and his loyalty, he was able to struggle out of their control and escape with her. Now he is on the run, but he will find out that shocker;s influence stretches wider that he ever imagined.
Story:
Shocker, a ruthless terrorist organization with one goal in mind, total world domination utilizing and army of superior reconstructed soldiers. Already Shocker has infiltrated in many countries, gaining control over governments and world leaders. It seemed like shocker was only a few steps from fulfilling their plans. That was of course until the era of the Kamen Riders, cyborg heroes, many of them constructed by shocker itself. These warriors fought shocker all across japan and many places in the old world and although their victories where many, the shadow of shocker still threatened the world.
Many years has passed and in fear of the rider's continuous victories, whats left of shocker has gone underground, no longer do they openly display their plans nor do they change their names to keep their operations hidden but rather they have returned to work in the shadows.
Far from the rider's influence across the sea, nested in the United States of America, the western branch of shocker has grown and already it has infiltrated most of the US government using its resources to advance their own projects. However although they are apparently out of the rider's reach the shock waves of their actions had already taken a toll on their operations as they are constantly forced to divert resources overseas to compensate for the damage the eastern branch of shocker keeps suffering at the hands of the Kamen Riders.
With the apparent defeat of their leader, Takuya Shimori has had a tough job being in charge of all western operations, without the guidance of the Great Leader of Shocker. However he knows that appearances can be deceiving and its not the first time the riders had apparently defeated him only for him to return at a later time stronger than ever. So he knows its probable that his current strife would be only temporally. In the meantime he has more pressing matters, that being the eradication of the Kamen Rider pest that has been diverting resources from his projects, for this purpose he has started a new project to eliminate his bug problem once and for all, the Rider Hunter Program.
The Rider Hunter Program is very simple really, while the eastern branch of shocker's development was halted, the western's thrived and had already advance far beyond their eastern brothers. utilizing the most cutting edge technology they where to develop an army of mass produced cyborgs based on the original "Hopper" Project using advanced cybernetics and nano machines which then would be sent overseas to defeat the kamen riders.
However the only problem now would be where to get the test subjects without arousing suspicion. For this Shocker used his ties to the military, as many high ranking officers where under their command.
Using the cover of a voluntary secret military project they where to gain test subjects to turn into the newest servants of shocker, this is the story of their first one.

The Rider Hunter System:
The system consists of 2 parts, the cyborg host and the Activation Belt.
A human host is infused with special nanomachines through the brain and the blood stream that travel along the host's body enhancing it, the brain undergoes modification as control chips are added to the brain's cortex to better aid in the body's use and acceptance of the nanomachines. The body is then operated, the heart is replaced by a cybernetic duplicator that continues to pump the modified blood throughout the host's body. Additional shielding was placed over the host's abdomen to protect the modified internal organs.
The muscles where replaced using the aforementioned nanomachines, these ate away the muscle tissue and at the same time replaced it with enhanced artificial muscle granting the host incredible strength and endurance. Using the same process the bone structure of the host was replaced with a special compound making the new structure resistant to huge strains and high pressure, making his new "bone" structure almost unbreakable by normal means while keeping the overall frame of the host lightweight.
The eyes where replaced by cybernetic implants granting the host increased sight and many other optical abilities. The skin was enhanced by the nanomachines to quickly repair any damage or rupture caused to it. And lastly the nervous system was enhanced to transmits huge amounts of energy along its conduits without causing damage to the rest of the body.
The arms and legs of the host are equipment with special reinforcement and energy generators for offense purposes, which will be discussed later.
In short this process has proven to be very straining on the host's body and in early attempts it causing permanent damage or death the host body in 99% of the cases, out of the 100 volunteers that were initially acquired only one was able to survive the strain due to an undisclosed process implemented by Dark Queen. The 099 Striker Prototype doubled "Fighter Ant" is ready for the next step.
The Activation Belt
Borrowing from the original Hopper design, we implemented an activation belt, the belt itself is connected to the cybernetics of the modified host but can me removed to provide a sense of "hidden" identity, while the belt is on "sleep" mode most of the Host's enhancements are deactivated, only a few abilities are allowed on a controlled basis, this being a slightly above human strength, speed and endurance. This gives our operatives the ability to "mix" with regular humans without arising suspicion. Once the Belt is activated the "eye" of the belt opens, releasing a wave of energy that activates the Host's implants as well as releasing a cloud of preprogrammed nanomachines which covers the host body constructing his Shocker uniform and mask.
Weapons:
For the Rider Hunter Project the motif of the ant was selected by our leader, as the ant is one of nature's most powerful insects capable of incredible feats of strength and overcoming any obstacles. Although they have not been implemented on the mass production model yet, the prototype already installed weapons/tools are the following:
Strike Chain: The armguard of the prototype shoots a chain with a blade at the end, which is controlled by the prototype to bind its enemy or as a long range weapon.
Flight pack: The prototype was equipment with a flight pack on his back, although not designed for prolonged use the pack gives a tactical advantage by being able to quickly gain higher ground in battle
Strike Punch: The prototype charges the energy generator in either of his arms and strikes, delivering a powerful punch to its enemy and its able to be used continuously with a small recharge period, however let it be noted that the longer he charges the attack the higher the damage output.
Strike Kick: This is much more powerful than the rider punch, the prototype charges energy into his legs' generators and strikes with a kick, this is the prototype's second strongest attack and cannot be used continuously as it is known to cause overloads on the leg receptors. Advice to only use as a finishing move. Recharge time has been increased to avoid overload.
Chaos Beam: This attack focuses all available energy on the Activation belt's "eye" and strikes with a powerful beam attack, this is the prototype's strongest attack, however it is meant as a last resort attack for after one use, the systems powers down and returns to inactive mode and transformation cannot be reactivated until the recharge period has ended.
These are but the default abilities available for the prototype at the time of this report, however its is possible to develop other abilities with time and training, due to the evolutionary nature of the nanomachines that power the host body.
