Kamen Rider Agito: Fading Dusk (RPG Thread)

Why is this happening to me? All I wanted was to help my friends by going on this trip...so why- Rei's train of thought would be ruined as she tripped on a root of a nearby tree. The Unknown saw this as a chance and caught up to the purple-haired girl, bringing his sword down upon her. Rei was able to roll out of the way at the last second, but the sword sliced through her shirt, exposing her stomach. She crawled towards a nearby tree to prop herself up as the Unknown walked towards her slowly. The Crow brought it's sword down upon the girl once again, and Rei flinched from the coming blow, bringing her hand up in a vain attempt to stop it. "G-Get away!"

In an instant after uttering those words, a wave of force from Rei's hand halted the Unknown's attack and sent the bird flying into a nearby tree. Looking up, Rei saw the monster struggle to it's feet, using it's sword to prop itself up. D-Did I do that? W-What's going on? Hearing rustling from the direction she came, Rei saw the golden form of Agito sprinting towards the two of them. "N-No! W-Why do all of you want to kill me?!" Another wave of force shot from Rei, this time towards both Agito and the Unknown, as Rei didn't know that the Gold Rider was an ally.

After a few minutes of running and searching, Agito finally reached the site Rei and the unknown was at. However, upon arriving, Agito noticed that Rei, whose stomach was exposed due to her shirt being slashed off by the Unknown's weapon, fearfully sat in a fetal position against a nearby tree, while the Crow unknown was pushing itself up with the tip of its sword. I don't know what's going on here, but I'm gonna go in for the kill so that the unknown wouldn't harm Rei anymore, she thought to herself, rushing in to attack the unknown. However, just as she began to run forward, Rei let out another scream, as well as a sort of unknown force, that sent her and the unknown flying toward the trees. "D'AGH!" Agito yelped, the force of the "shockwave" sending her crashing onto a tree before falling onto the ground with a thud. Woah...Could Rei be just like me and Tsukiko? This is getting more and more confusing by the minute, Agito thought to herself once more, pushing herself up with a bit of difficulty just as the unknown got up, this time it's attention trained upon her. Without wasting any more time, Agito began to engage the Unknown in combat, skillfully dodging the sword strikes while firing back a barrage of punches to the face and midsection of the Unknown.

Heh, Whatever, G4...sore that you lost? Hiroshi was a bit cocky after his unexpected win over G4, and instead of continuing to shoot at the Unknown, he instead drew his G-Blade and started to hack away at one of the Snake Unknown, not paying attention to the other one at all. I can do this all by myself! Only me and Natsuki are needed!

Just as G2 attacked the Snake Unknown it's partner attacked him and tossed him away. "Baka...Never let your guard down!" G4 thought as he attacked both Unknowns on his own and was doing far better then G2 was he punched one Snake unknown in the face sending it into a tree while he kicked the other Unknown into the same tree. "Come on G2 pick up the slack."

(OOC: Ok...Zaku has been real busy as of late, so with his permission, I'm taking of control of Natsuki until things become less hectic for him.)

Still running through the forest, Yuuya continued to drag Etsuko along with Shungo following close behind. They didn't stop until their legs couldn't carry them any further.

"Ha. Ha. Ha. Do, do you think we are far enough now?" Shungo managed to say in between his gasps for air. Yuuya looked back at where they ran from, he couldn’t see the camp from here anymore, not the monsters, Natsumi, Tori, Rei, Mai or Tsukiko... Yuuya’s mind stopped the moment he thought about Tsukiko and how she took on the monsters that attacked them. Just who in the world is she? He definitely can’t think of her just as a classmate anymore. He looked over at Etsuko, who was even more exhausted from running so fast, and shook off his thoughts. Out of the three of them in here, she most likely is more affected by this sudden turn of events... The time isn’t right, I should hold off my thoughts for now. He looked at Shungo and said, “Yeah, I think we are good for now. We have to keep on walking and see if we can find help.”

Following a trail of large and oddly-placed rocks, they made their way through the dark forest. Yuuya suddenly signaled the group to stop. Although faint, he could make out the sound of someone talking. Yuuya turned around and ordered, “There’s someone in this forest, I need us all to yell as loud as we can so the person can hear us.” The two nodded in agreement and shouted in unison with Yuuya. Surely enough, traces of light started heading towards them. Two officers emerged from the shadows and approached the three. Yuuya and Shungo filled the officers in on the situation, leaving the parts about Tsukiko morphing out. Yuuya was slightly distressed that their stories about monsters attacking them did not seem to be met with much skepticism, but dismissed it since they could get help for Tori and the others. One of the officers reported back through his radio while they escorted the three of them through the forest.

Ayame was still overseeing the loading of the artifacts and other evidence from the cave when she got a report on her radio. "Miss Ueno, we have a group of three teenagers, two male, one female...they say that they were on a camping trip with four of their friends when monsters attacked them...what do you want us to do?" An annoyed look manifested on the young woman's face at mention of this. Perfect...witnesses... "We just can't them go since they have seen the Unknown...bring them over to my location...I need to question them." The officer confirmed his orders and proceeded to lead the three teenagers towards the site. Etsuko was rather distraught at this whole turn of events. T-This whole thing has gone wrong...there weren't supposed to be monsters...and Tsukiko-san...w-what happened to her...I didn't expect this at all...

Ayame then set her radio to Natsuki's frequency in her helmet. "Natsuki, looks like that group of kids we saw earlier had more company...four of them are still in the forest, so be on the look out for them in addition to eliminating the Unknown." Natsuki sighed beneath he helmet at this. "And we'll have to question them...got it. Natsuki out." It was after she closed the line with Ayame that she heard a loud crash as if something slammed into the ground. Over in that direction? Alright. G3 than ran in that direction, readying her GM-01 Scorpion, preparing herself for battle.

Dusk was still looking on curiously at Tori and Natsumi, and this made the young basketball captain feel uneasy. Is she just sizing us up? I know that I can't take her if she attacks, but I can at least buy Natsumi-chan time to run... Inside Tsukiko's now more savage mindset, she was contemplating what to do next. Humans aren't prey...they are too weak...and I know these humans... Before anything else could be done, however, Dusk suddenly felt a sharp pain across her back and fall to her knees. It was the Crow Unknown, battered, but not beaten and it had swiped it's Talons across Dusk's back, leaving bloody gashes in the white rider's armor. "Tsukiko!!!" Natsumi shouted this, still concerned about her friend despite her change. What the Unknown didn't expect was Dusk spinning around and quickly slicing the monster's neck with one of her arm blades. Time stood still for a second before the Unknown's head feel off, it's body soon slumping to the ground. This action caused the usual strong Natsumi to look away. Tori just looked on speechless.

What they saw next was equally as disturbing. Dusk's back cracked and reformed, healing any damage that was sustained, as if the white rider wasn't even injured. "This...this is just too much..." Tori muttered under his breath as he looked back at Natsumi. "Natsumi-chan...I'll hold her off...you run for it." The green-haired girl shook her head. "I'm not leaving Tsukiko here, or you for that matter! If she wanted to attack, she would have by now!" Tori couldn't believe how stubborn she was, considering the situation. "How can we be sure of that! Just go!" It was this point that Natsuki arrived at the scene, first seeing Dusk, then the teens, then the headless form of the Unknown. Well, this is new... The savage rider noticed the arrival of G3 and growled. It's human...but it's in that hard shell...worthy prey? Yes, it is! Suddenly running towards G3, Dusk leaped in the air, intent on killing this new prey...

Rei was still cowering by the tree, too terrified to move. T-That gold one...it's fighting that other monster...i-is it...friendly? Rei watched as the golden rider dealt punches to the sword-wielding Crow as she suddenly heard another voice, this one sounding feral. It's human...but it's in that hard shell...worthy prey? Yes, it is!
"W-Who was that...i-it sounded like Tsukiko-chan...but...it sounds so...violent..." Rei whispered to herself, unsure of what to do at the moment. I could do what I did before to help the gold one...but I don't know how to control it... Rei then buried her face into her knees and started to cry, the weight of all this getting to her...

Being tossed by the Snake Unknown was hurting G2's ego, which would take more of a beating by G4's scolding. Whatever, I'll show you what i can do! He then brought out his Buster Vulcan sending a torrent of gunfire into the tree that the Unknown were thrown against. The bullets peppered not only the Unknown, but the tree as well, leaving sizable damage to it. Unfortunately for G2, the Vulcan stopped firing, as a warning display showed up in G2's helmet, telling him that the weapon was overheating. Stupid...I thought they fixed this! Turning his attention to G4, G2 sounded pissed. "Looks like you'll have to finish them off! My damn weapon's acting on the fritz again!"
