Well, I'm finally getting round to editing this bio. It's still a WIP, but I wouldn't say no to some feedback-so-far.

Faction: I'm gonna say neutral (mostly because I can't choose. I mean, I like playing heroes, but I also love playing villains.)

Bio:
Seki had a good life. He had a fair upbringing and a good education. Both his parents had good jobs, and his three older brothers were employed as well, so their family was fairly rich. They lived in a house far away from any major cities, which meant that most conflicts barely reached them. That is, until Seki's father and brothers returned home, announcing that they had undergone a career change. Unknown to Seki, they were now employed by Shocker, and were using their house to traffic chemicals necessary for creating and controlling Kaijin. Naturally, when Seki found out, he confronted his father and brothers about this. They, suprisingly, confirmed it, and told Seki that they would continue to do it, and that Seki would have to stay silent. Seki wished that he could travel back in time and see what could have made them become like this. How ironic Rider powers can be.

One day, when Seki's father and brothers returned with more chemicals, his eldest brother dropped a blue and black ticket with a date on it. Seki took the ticket and left the house to go off to college, just as the clock hit 08:08.08. Arriving outside of time, Seki boarded the New DenLiner, which had been parked outside. Immediately, he was seized by Imagin who were in cohorts with Shocker and imprisoned.

Name: Hayato Maki

Age: 16

Faction: Guardians

Bio: Hayato Maki, a 16 year old male who escaped Shocker's grasp when he was 6. During his escape, he was given a briefcase by a man with a Milk Can on his back who told him not to open it until the time was right. And every since that day, Hayato kept it with him everyday until, 10 years later when a recent attack of Shocker. Hayato, thinking it might be this to be the right time to open the briefcase, opens it and saw a Sliver Belt with a Gachapon looking thing in the middle with a Gold Knob on the side. Along with it was 7 Sliver Coins with a X in the middle and a middle sized gun with a container filled with the same coins. In the briefcase he finds a note coming from a Date Akira saying that he was chosen to be the next Kamen Rider Birth since he was related to the late Dr. Maki, the creator of the belt and his father. The note also explained how to use the Birth Driver and to contact a Shintaro Gotou if he needed more information on it.

Hayato, after reading hte note and feeling more prideful of himself, puts on the Birth Driver and transforms, for the first time, as the new Kamen Rider Birth. He fought against the Shocker Grunts using the Birth Buster and the CLAWS System, showing his compatibility with the Driver more in sync then previous users.

He soon become the hero of one of the Shocker Controlled Areas, and fought every single Shocker Kaijins to keep the people's hopes in the Kamen Riders alive. During of his fights, he tried to use all of the CLAWS System at once, causing the Belt to off heat and detransforming him. He later found at that the Belt was damaged during a fight before he became the owner of it, causing it to be unable to go to Birth Day or, use the CLAWS Sasori.

Later, during one of his fights with Shocker, a person saying he was from the Resistance called the Guardians, asked Hayato to joined them as they need more Kamen Riders like him to fight against Shocker. Hayato at first refuses the offer due to the fact he's use to working alone but, when he found out that the Shocker might attack his area more often, and even might send more stronger monsters against him if he won;t become one of them, he ultimately chose to become one of the Guardians in order to protect the people of his area and, to know more of the Kamen Riders.

Name: Hiro Sanazaki

Rider Designation: Kamen Rider Delta
Biography: Hiro was born into a family of peaceful diplomats, who had their own wealth and we're generally well off for themselves. Hiro was showed a great ability in reading and mathematics, excelling near a 12th grade level of education through homeschooling. A few days after his 14th birthday, Hiro's parents, en route to a peace conference that was trying to rid the world of Shocker's grip, an infantry of Shocker riders firebombed their car, after which they headed near the house to kidn ap Hiro for conditioning for its new Junior Unit. However, Hiro, seeing the arriving Shocker group from his window, quickly finds a way to escape, through his cellar and into the woods. He learns from a discarded article of his parent's demise, and decides it upon himself to find a way to make his attackers pay. During his journey, he meets Kato Tadaki, but also a Kamen Rider by the name of Delta. Unfortunately, due to excessive use, he is living on a touch and go lifestyle, and sadly believes his mind will go within a few years. Tadaki, impressed after seeing the young teen defend him against a band of vagrants, decides to pass on the Delta Gear to him, but in doing so, teaching him in the Way of the Trinity, a method he feels will cause any future Delta users to resist against it's side effects and continue on as a Rider. The training method focuses on strength, wisdom, and spirituality, and the link between the three is hard to attain. So, for 2 years, Hiro trains with Kato, and endures a trial of both pain and enlightenment. But, a few days after he finishes his training and receiving the Delta Gear, Tadaki passes as a result of physical exhaustion, dying with a smile across his face. Now finished with his training, Hiro decides to build some finances in order to continue surviving through town to town. Eventually, he saves enough money to get a vehicle of his own, along with some clothes and supplies. He soon find gainful employment in Odaiba, working at a ramen bar, but then, intense attacks against the public start to appear, and with the memory of his parent's death in his mind, he takes action as a guerilla Kamen Rider and wages his own war against Shocker and to a lesser extent, a subdivision of the Shocker organization, the Smart Brain corporation and their Lucky Clover infantry, sometimes coming in conflict with the Guardians, who he sometimes fights against through rivalry, with vengeance occasionally clouding his overall view on the conflict.

I don't know if this bio is iffy or not, I really am trying my best to fine tune this, though

After a cross examination of the resubmitted profile Dark Kabuto and I have both concluded it continues have inconsistency fitting into the gameplay cannot approve it at this time. From the sound of it you have your character coming from two separate worlds than that where everyone drives from.

To add to this:

I'm fine if you're character wants to stay neutral, but he doesn't seem to have a good reason to not really involve himself with either side...yet still involve himself in the conflict. It doesn't make much sense to me in that regard, especially when the entire world is your enemy.

Bio: Ata was among the many children that were taken in by Shocker in order to be raised as devoted servants for the organization. Due to his high intellect, even during his early years, Ata stood out from the rest of the herd and singled out and put in training under Shocker's top scientists. As he grew up, Ata was giving more and more responsibilities within Shocker's science division, to the point that they even let him carry out some of the experiments by himself. Though hesitant to carry out some of the more gruesome assignments he was given, but due to his innate curiosity, Ata was soon able to rationalize them as being for the greater good for the organization and for the world itself, little by little, human life started to lose its value in his eyes, becoming simply means to finding the answer to the puzzle he was given. Ata came to love his job as his devotion for Shocker grew more and more with each passing day.

Unfortunately, the day came in which Ata refused to carry out an experiment off-grounds, not because it was the "right thing to do", but because Ata was sure that if they went ahead with the assignment, him and his team would be sitting dogs for the Guardians to capture. Despite his arguments, the Shocker higher ups insisted that Ata went ahead with the experiment, promising that they would protect the intel for the assignment to prevent the Guardians from finding out and, just in case the somehow did, the would have more than enough Shocker agents ready to protect Ata and his team. Grudgingly, Ata started his assignment. During the fourth day, he discovered that the information had indeed been leaked, but before he could do anything about it, the Guardians stormed into the laboratory. The Shocker agents tried to repel the Guardians, but things soon got out of control and, during the fierce firefight, Ata and his entire research team were killed. Afterwards, Ata woke in Shocker's morgue, having come back to life as the Ram Orphnoch. Upon checking the information to find out how the Guardians found out abut his research, Ata learned that Shocker had leaked the information themselves in order to lure out the Guardians and capture their agents for interrogation.

Betrayed, Ata immediately went on a rampage through one of Shocker's research facilities as the Ram Orphnoch, killing everyone in his path, and stealing the Kaixa Gear before dropping out of Shocker's radar. As both the Guardian and Shocker fight each other, Ata stands on the side, plotting his revenge against the people that used him as bait and the ones that actually killed him. He plays both sides depending on which is more useful for him at the moment, while he waits for the most opportune moment to strike.

Personality: Ata has very little regard for human life, because of that he's unable to form meaningful bonds with others. However, he is masterfully deceitful and knows exactly what to say in order to get other people to trust him. The two things that drive him in life are his innate curiosity and his desire for vengeance. In battle, Ata is not much of a brawler, optioning to fight from a distance whenever is possible and to quickly deploy his weapons.

Weapons: Complete Kaixa Gear, Break Mission Memory (Prototype), Side Basshar, and Jet Slinger.

He was eventually restrained by Shocker's Riders and, after the higher ups weighed his actions against his usefulness, decided to spare him with the sole condition that he becomes the new user for the Kaixa Gear, as well as the test subject for the prototype of the Break Mission Memory. Now Ata grudgingly servers Shocker, unable to act freely because of the bomb that was implanted inside his body to make sure he does not disobey orders, as he wait for the right moment.
