I think that the director was being cheeky by implying that Cyclone Dopant was Phillip(Which he was in fact, not.) for wearing the NEVER jacket and showing only that in the trailers.

From what I understand, Kaido made Phillip wear one because he was "just like them" (or one of us, I can't really tell.).

And really, they were dead people who were brought back to life for the sole purpose of being weapons. (Phillip being the container of the true Gaia memory, and NEVER consisting of people made for the Gaia Memories that they use). So Kaido was right, in a sense.

So, who's Kaido?

I dunno man...it was just REALLY good. You're gonna have to wait it out to see it for yourself but believe me, it'll be worth it. The action is totally what all of the Heisei Kamen Riders should've been in the first place.

It's pretty much become my favorite Kamen Rider Movie of all time.

Also, watch out this Winter...cause Kamen Rider OOO's and W movie taisen is comin'...

I gotta say, its gotta be the best Heisei Rider movie. Period. And if people say that I'm wrong, then I don't wanna be right.

It'll probably be everything you guys expect it to be. And for your information, yes..[HIDE]Kamen Rider Joker IS BADASS. He is the official Heisei reincarnation of Kamen Rider Black and I'm guessing it had something to do with Kiriyama's liking of Black and such.

so now we dont get confused about the whole Phillip being dead or a replica stuff/Double defienietly knows how to explain its story and characters and careful not to leave any plot holes.
