wow, I lost Braincells reading that article. I'm suprised that he goes after Wendy's when they use Nintendo, but when McDonalds does something with Sega of Vinidi Universal games (Spyro and Crash Bandicoot), he shy's away. Is he afrade at fighting the bigger companies and just going after smaller chains to insure a better victory? cause... well... thats sorta stupid.

reading that hurt my head tremendously. Of all the people he can sue for no reason... he sues Wendy's just cause they sell toys for a console that is releasing a violent game?

Sometimes, I just wish Thompson were caught ridin dirty so he can get tossed in jail.

Just to be clear here, Thompson has neither sued nor has he threatened to sue Wendy’s.

Thompson hasn't sued wendy's... he's just writing insulting e-mails as usual. He uses e-mails as a scare tactic, but most people just igone him now.

Jack thompson is the frakking definition of an ambulance chaser. I mean the main claims to have recieved death threats fighting for civil liberties in the 60's... thats all well and good, but he uses that as a preface in almost EVERY press release. add to the fact he was blaming Video games for Virginia Tech, when NO video games were found in the dudes home...and you have one closed minded nabby boy.

It's even funnier how JT claims that Wendy is promoting Manhunt 2 for the Wii, never mind the fact that there's absolutely no proof whatsoever that they plan to do so. The big kick in the nuts, on the other hand, is how he claims about what Dave Thomas would've thought about promoting the Wii, (never mind the fact that he's also dead).

This is what he claims as "logic":

1. Manhunt 2 is a "murder simulator".
2. It is coming out for the Wii.
3. Wendy's is promoting the Wii.
4. So therefore, Wendy's promoting the unexpected murder and deaths of innocent people everywhere, all because they're promoting a video game console, except there's no proof anywhere that they're promoting Manhunt 2.
