Nope, the teacher in the video is just some random actor, AFAIK. A Google search should let you find a pic of him easily enough. Also, apparently there's a 2-shot pic of him somewhere on Kasai's Kojima's Google+ page.

It's just there's some two second shot of the dance scenes where there's a figure in the background who could be Kitagawa. Or it could be the actor playing the teacher. I do know what he looks like. BTW I think it was Kojiharu in the two shot.

For anyone unfamiliar/who don't know who she is, when you click the above link, she's the girl in the middle with the short haircut.

It's a shame, really. She was being hyped and seen as potentially being a future front girl/next gen ace, especially having just been promoted to Team K at the Tokyo Dome Concert. The other KKS members evidently looked up to her almost like an "older sister", and she definitely had a self-confidence in herself and a strong stage presence. Unfortunately, for some the mind is willing, but the body just can't handle it.
