Doubtful. It doesnt look like it has any of the weapons systems from the main armor, except for the palm blasters of course.

It also doesnt look like it has the same armor quality, instead of being made of plates it looks liek the tech equivilant of chainmail. I can see why he gets his ass handed to him to...Crimson Dynamo?

Ok not Crimson Dynamo, but Whiplash, but he does have a few things similar to CD.
