I've been in bed all day to a headache/upset stomach. And I randomly started vomiting on two occasions. This is not what you'd call a pleasent feeling. Any suggestions?

It could be a virus on top of heat exhaustion. You should probably see a doctor.

Probally just the flu. Go see the Doctor and get plenty of rest and rewatch as much RPM episodes as you can.
