You told u're stucked with PR, that's not true. You can do something legal and buy the DVDs, just like till now you did something ILLEGAL and d/led stuff. And dwhat means "i dont have access to buy anything online"? You're online right now, and i didnt know Alabama's people cant buy stuff online. Is it a new law?

Well if you dont have a credit card and your parents are assholes, I can't see where it would be very easy to get any official toku stuff.

I never even downloaded the episdoes, I've just been watching them at work on my lunch break anyway.

So I will reiterate, buying toku stuff is OUTSIDE the question.

Is YouTube still blocked in Thailand?

I wonder why YouTube didn't just simpluy take it down?

I'm living in Thailand right now. They blocked YouTube, and they unblocked it but now they're blocking... VEOH!

Now this is a really bad news. I won't be able to sub if I can't use Veoh and p2p gets banned... Well the only way is for me to go all the way back to Japan and get some DVDs.

Regarding this whole matter, I'll just wait it out for the time being. It could just be a blanket that ISP's use to calm down the copyrighted industry. All these direct downloads (megaupload, rapidshare, dedicated hosting, etc) are ALL dependent on the Japanese p2p programs, because that's where they get their files. It's like this (simplified version) :

Japanese encoder => Japanese P2P program => Japanese & foreign P2P users
foreign Japanese P2P users => direct downloads or western torrents / fansubs

Eliminate the link in italic, and you see there's a problem, right?
