Guys read what it says,its the internet provider thats doing this proposal not the japan government,if this happens the jp user well be not so happy because the Internet subscriber is a paying customer of the ISP. so Theres is no way the ISP is going to be excessively aggressive since it only hurts the internet provider and the Internet subscriber.

so basically is a lose lose situation.

I just heard about this from Kingranger. This will affect me in april guys. I don't use winny to get new Raws or even old raws these days,but I do use Share. If thier no japan file share coming in. I wont be able to add new episodes sadly. Which means come April. I might have to either stop all together or find some other place to get files. Which truly bites.
