Not so much worthless... it's convenient. but you can do everything it lets you do for free elsewhere XD

You can pretty much manage all of your media with your PC already, so you might as well just buy a USB cable since that's all you really need.

If you wanna convert video, I suggest using PSPVC. Works better than Pspvideo9 and has more options to boot.

The PSP Media Manager includes the USB cord. (if bought with the software)
