How do I Wipe out my computer?

Ok guys I need to wipe out my computer completely it has spyware (I am talking by Safe Mode). I need to erase EVERYTHING just like it came out the box. System restore dosn't work. I have Windows XP (Home Edition), Dell Dimension 4600. PLEASE HELP

My service pack (2) is newer than the CD one (1) I need to download Service Pack 1 to reboot

This happened to me twice within the last month. I had to have someone reinstall xp and the drivers for me. Stay away from those dirty porn sites.
