How come sentai doesn't get the KR Figure treatment?

Some of them? If you're talking about Girls In Uniform - it's safe to say that line is all about the girls, since they never release males, only females.

And as for them not releasing females when they release other figures, yeah I've noticed that. I had collected the Boukenger candy toys and they never released the girls. Same with the Gekiranger figures (forgot what they were called), but they released Red, Blue and Violet but not Yellow. I don't remember if they released Chopper or not.
