CRETINS! ALL OF THEM!
Well after seeing that Digg it list I thought we should work on our list of best villains.
Off course the history of PR has SO many monsters that it would be nearly impossible to do a list that would justice to all of them, let alone remember all of them, without going through each serie one by one.
So instead I think we should work on a best main villain. Basically bad guys who appear to be more than Monster of the Week.
What I propose is we all make a top 10 list of our own, and in a few days I'll just compile it by giving each villain points according to the position in your lists. Those with the best scores will be placed in a top 10. We could always vote on those top 10 later in a poll if you guys want to narrow it down to a top 5. If you don't give me position I'll just give them an average score each and I'll work something for ties. Don't be affraid to mix serious villains with jokish villains if you wish, same for those who turn good in the end.

8- Deviot (PRLG)
7- Zen-Aku (PRWF)
6- Lord Zedd (MMPR)
5- Koragg (PRMF)
4- Ecliptor (PRiS)
3- Darkonda (PRiS)
2- Astronema (PRiS)
1- Ransik (PRTF)
I considered the Psycho Rangers but I didn't want to seem like too much of a PRiS fanboy XD plus I feel like they were just stretched monsters of week... they didn't have the 'general' status.
