1. Is this site reputable?

2. If it says "restock" after an item name does that mean the item was just restocked or it needs to be restocked? Because I want Zeronos all night long.

Restock means it's been recently stocked and this site I haven't had any problems with. They only send things via ems but it makes sure the item is insured.
