So... How about Caucasus possessing the mass produced version of Hyper Zecter? Since Caucasus' power is all about the Hyper Zecter in the movie. The Hyper Zecter was lost in testing and ZECT decides to create another but it lacks the ability to make Riders go into Hyper Form.

There are only TWO Hyper Zecters in Kabuto World. One at Rose's disposal, and one for Kabuto (originally designed for Dark Kabuto, but Kabuto has to get to it first).

Why are there only two? The Hyper Zecters are TOO powerful. They can't be mass produced. One has to be a first attempt, the other the second attempt. However, you can't determine which is better; they have their kinks. So whoever has which is up to KR Hyper Kabuto and Dark Kabuto.

They both function the same way right? Except for Kabuto's case. He gets a new form because of it.

Doesn't Kabuto require the other zectors to get to full power.
Sorry, never saw Kabuto, but doesn't he need like the Kabuto, TheBee, Drake, and Sasword zectors to get full power or something like that.
I think it's called Maximum Hyper.
