Highlander 2 is not as bad as the fans make it out to be

[Forever Knight]

Clearly this movie is an alternate version of the first and this one takes place in the future rather than the 1st one which is taking place in present and past (flashbacks).

I seriously got no problem with this flick and I do find it enjoyable. I just think they could have warned the fans ahead of time that is wasn't going to be a direct follow up to the original movie which would have prepped them.

[JFC]

Ummm...dude, it was advertised as being a direct sequel to the first one.

[Kamen Rider Oni]

Yup.

Was it?.

I just watched the non Zeist version which was better since that alien **** just didnt work for me.

[KingRanger]

It was as a direct sequel. They set it up as such, and advertised it as such. I still stand by this. The ONLY good Highlander movie, is the first.

[Forever Knight]

I marked out like a whore when Connor pulled out his Red Dragon Katana near the end.

I don't think I ever saw the non-Zeist version. So, how did they explain the return of more immortals?

Wait, there's a non-Zeist version? :O_O:

[FlashNeko]

Apparently, the only change is that any reference to "Ziest" is C&P'd with "The Past".

I believe this is called the Quickening Director's Cut. I just got in on Blu-ray, it came out Nov 2.

the movie itself had NO mention of Zeist at all.
