It's Judgement Time!

It washes out the features of their faces in the contrast of darkness but a glimmer in their eyes can clearly be seen. The man in the scarf is Jeff Hero. A noble hero from the land of the rising sun who brought forth a fighting resistance of henshin revolution.
The other, darker warrior is known as Keith Justice. He is known and beloved by many followers of justice. He is a man who followed in the footsteps of his former master. But now the student is equal to the master.
Whatever fate brought them together has forced them to battle against each other.
