A simple passerby...
The year is 1970. An organization lurks within the shadows of the world.
Shocker.
With the technology they have, modifying human beings became an easy job. Such technology would never have existed in a hundred years. However, with money, anything is possible. Governments around the world pitched in to create the organization, only to be backstabbed by one man: Dominic Siegfried.
With the technology at his disposal, Dominic created an army of Cyborgs. Modified human beings with enhanced abilities. However, the army is far from completion. They need a leader. That is how Project: Kamen Rider started...
Men who became Cyborgs were ones who have either been a criminal, beggar, or someone who has been kidnapped. Dead bodies was only good enough for soldiers.
After going through the procedure, the leaders would be trained to become Shocker's greatest leaders, the Kamen Riders. The men would become reformed men, and lead the army to take over the world and place it under Shocker's control.
There was a total of ten Kamen Riders. They were known as the Ten Core Riders.
There were other Riders too. However, only the leaders were called Kamen Riders. The remaining ones were just called Riders. The Riders would become successor to the Kamen Riders if they were to die in battle. The Riders would go through another surgery to become as enhanced as the Kamen Riders themselves. If not, they would remain as a side-kick.
However, as time goes by, the Kamen Riders seemed to disagree with Dominic's decisions, even if they were not able to do anything about. Their only option was to lead their own army into battle in each country and try to take over. If anyone opposed, they would be executed.
Despite all of this however, small rebellious acts begin to start within the army. It is also rumored that some Kamen Riders weren't obeying orders. This might as well be trouble for Shocker...

This is where you get creative. Design your own Rider that you think would fit in with the SHOWA Riders. The Core Riders all have to be male though. Not sexist or anything, but I want this story to be as fitting with the time/era it's set in.
