Wesker taunts Kouki in a divine manner. Then he turns toward him, and begins walking faster and faster. His fist ready for the next attack on Kouki, whether he is prepared or not.

Kouki sees Agito readying for his attack, realizing that talking with him is already pointless. "Not much of a choice huh?" He takes out his Henshin Onsa and taps it, he holds it up to his face and an Oni face appears on his forehead. He shortly become enveloped in flames, he swings his arm outward, dispersing the flames now in the form of a purple Oni. "Hah!" The mouth on his "mask" opens up, shooting streams of purple flames toward Agito.

Wesker jumps to the side, letting the flames on his armor dissipate. Walking around him, and goes behind a pillar. Inserting a card into the driver
Form Ride:
Closing the driver, in a chic manner
Agito....Storm!
A swirling blur changes Wesker into Agito Storm. Deafening noises from loud trucks around the area, mask the sound of the driver.
Using the storm rod, Wesker comes from behind the pillar setting the rod across his right shoulder. He then starts thrusting the rod right at Kouki. Swinging it around to use the other side of the weapon.
Form Ride:

Rei looked around and sighs deeply "I still can't find cheif Reiji anywhere!" She says worridly "I'm sure he's fine!" hikaru says with a nod "He is after all...the legendary hero!"
Elsewhere, the Maen stood high atop of a roof looking at the Armed Saber "So this thing is suppose to create disasters eh?" She asks "How are we suppose to use it?" Maen says looking at the three Great Executives "D-Don't look at me!" Sica says "Hmmmm...." Maen says and nods "Hand me the End Crisis Maker!" She says
"what are you planning on doing?" Sica asks handing her the device. Maen takes it, and combines it with the armed saber, creating the Armed Crisis Maker. "Hmmmm....let's see what this thing can do!" She says and laughs turning towards the UFDA HQ "We'll need to keep those fools at the UFDA busy!" She says
Taking the newly created Crisis Maker in hand she makes a strike "HA!" She cries, as she does several explosions could be seen throughout the city. "HA! HIYA!" She cries making several more strikes forcing explosions and other disasters to occur all throughout the city.
at the UFDA HQ, a rumbling could be felt "W-What was THAT?!" hikaru says "Don't know...didn't sound good!" He says noticing the various smoke coming out from the city. "We can't worry about Commander Reiji now! For now...scramble!" Eiji shouts The team nods "Roger!" They said and made their way towards their Rescue Vehichals.
"Your all right!" Koumori says hugging Lumin tightly...although something felt off about her, for starters her skin look ghostly pale. Koumori looks away for a second "I...I'm sorry...I said something I shouldn't have..." She says

"Whoa!" Kouki move out of the way of the thrust but barely dodged the swing of his Storm Halberd, taking a slight cut on the shoulder. Unlike other Riders who are in their armors, the Oni are in their true forms hence they can directly feel pain from attacks.
"Ow! That hurts!" Kouki cried, clutching his shoulder. Concentrating a little, the wound closes shut. It is a painful process since technically they're forcefully closing the wound not regenerating. Kouki takes out his Ongekibou Rekka from the back of his belt. "Alright, I'm not playing nice anymore!" Kouki charges toward Agito, swinging both of his Ongekibou Rekka forward.

Wesker gets the storm halberd ready for his next swing, as he dashes toward Kouki. Running faster with each step across the hard concrete ground. Keeping an eye on Kouki, if he pulls any tricks or not.

Once they're in close range, Kouki swings his Ongekibou Rekka toward at him.

Wesker clenches the storm halberd in right hand. Waiting for the last second to counter Kouki's Ongekibou Rekka. He does a upward slash with the storm halberd, as he takes an step closer to Kouki.

"Wah!" Kouki cried as one of his Ongekibou Rekka is knocked out of his hand but notices they're in close proximity and sees this is as his chance. "Now I got you!" Claws retracts from his free hand and thrusts his fist toward his stomach.
