In the meantime we can always block his email address, ban his IP from our Guestbooks, Boards, etc.. He can always get a new IP but oneday he'll learn that he's just wasting his own time!!

Crazy idea, but if you keep telling him to leave you alone and ban him from stuff, he's just going to keep going because he's trying to get a reaction out of you. You know he's a dick, so just respond to him with: :laugh: or be like me and say random things like "Arrrrr! I'm a pirate!" (works better if you really are a pirate... or at least have a pirate girlfriend). Eventually when he realizes that you don't give two shits about him being an ass he'll just be like 'WTF' and stop on his own. The more he gets under your skin the more he's going to keep trying.
