Help! how do I get internet on my PSP?

I got a new psp and I cannont get this darn thing working on the internet!!!!

Well, i'm assuming it connects similuar to how the DS connects...either through a router or modem. And since everyone's PC is different, I'd go to sony's website for troubleshooting on connecting your PSP to the net.

I read that you need to get the wipeout game or something

You don't need to use Wipeout Pure if you have upgraded to whatever firmware includes the internet browser. If you aren't willing to upgrade, google it, because there are sites that tell you what to do using the game. If you don't have access to a wireless hotstop, then give up, because you won't be able to get on the internet even with an upgraded psp or the game.
