Gundam fans, simple question

So I was looking up the OVA series 0083: Stardust Memory and some torrent sites (not sure if its safe to link) list a fansub called Stardust Memory Remastered, by OZC.

I can't find any info about this. Apparently the fansubber's old blog got deleted and the new one doesn't mention this.

So I'm like: is "Remastered" simply just the original OVA but from a better source, or is it an actual new series/significant edit (like Robotech Remastered was)?

Thanks in advance.

OZC do mention this release on their new site and link to the download page on nyaa. Judging by that release's nyaa page, the video and one of the Japanese audio tracks was taken from a Japanese "remastered" DVD released in 2006, and OZC have added to it two audio tracks and subtitles from an American release.

I'm no video editor but I would think that if the remastered version had extra scenes it wouldn't be possible to sync up the audio from a different release without leaving very noticable gaps of total silence. So my guess is that it's just a better video source, maybe some fixes to any "off" bits of animation, but nothing that would alter the runtime.
