It's almost impossible to speak a foreign language with no accent. I am fluent in Mandarin and German and I have an accent in both ...

The why does it sound like they where taught those lines Phonetically and they have no idea what they are saying?

I would so not call Mizushima Hiro an Engrish speaker, the man is fluent to say the least.
