I think he'll be fine.
And even though the WarStar does seem to be getting the axe, I can see Buredoran staying on. As some have noted, we don't really know what makes him tick yet, and he's the kind of character I could see changing alliances rather quickly.
While we haven't really seen enough of Dereputa and Arata, I think that the next episode will advance that story enough before he goes. Given that Arata has some sort of secret power, possibly even leading to Hyper GoseiGreat's creation (his creation of the Exotic Brothers seems to have been a showing of this power), I think that the use of this power to take out Dereputa would make sense, plot wise. Plus, just because the WarStar would be gone, doesn't mean we'd stop seeing them, in flashbacks for example.
