Godzilla just kicked my ass..... W O W

[DSP]

Oh wow FK you just discovered the japanese Godzilla?! Man this year must be great for ya, first doctor who now this XD Yes Godzilla is one badass mofo, nowhere else will you see a giant lizard suplex a giant armadillo.

My favourite would have to be destroy all monsters and final wars, the latter may have had too many human king fu action but damn I loved it when godzilla kicked the **** out of the american godzilla :buttrock:

Honestly...when Toho does a non-Gojira film...THAT'S NOT MOTHRA!!!:shakefist

Hey, Toho's done some great non-Godzilla tokusatsu eiga. Kaijuu (Varan, Dogora, Frankenstein Conquers the World, War of the Gargantuas, etc.), or just plain science fiction (The Mysterians, Battle in Outer Space)! Or a mix of both (Gorath, Latitude Zero)! They've also done some cool kaijin sci-fi drama, like The H-Man, Secret of the Telegian, and The Human Vapor. And even disaster films like Whirlwind (with a period setting), The Submersion of Japan (which was butchered as Tidal Wave in the US), and the totally bizarre but awesome The Prophecies of Nostradamus (butchered badly in the US as The Last Days of Planet Earth).

Gotta' see the forest for the trees . . .

I've watched some Godzilla stuff but I never gave a **** for it. It did nothing for me. But the Zilla vs. Mothra battle I saw was what sparked it for me.

You might wanna check out the Rebirth of Mothra movies just for the hell of it, Shaun.

Yeah, I'd do the same!

Godzilla was always my biggest superhero as a kid. (Kind of like Snoopy.) And he's still my absolute favorite character.

Except Zilla would crush Snoopy.

Yesterday I got the double feature DVD of Godzilla Vs. Space Godzilla & Godzilla Vs. Destroyah. I watched G vs SG last night & G vs D tonight. Good flicks.

Next on my list to see is Godzilla Millenium. And damnit all, now I'm buying the vinyl toys as well! lol

Anybody ever had a chance to see Godzilla X MechaGodzilla? The movie that leads up to Godzilla X Mothra X MechaGodzilla: Tokyo S.O.S? Is it a nice movie to grab up?
