It stinks.
Well, actually, I've already seen it. When the whole series of Zyurangers was posted up on youtube until it was taken down.
From what I can remember, it was more well-thought out and badass than 'Green With Evil'. Burai can seriously kick Tommy's ass if he wanted too. Burai and Geki facing each other, brother vs. brother, was one of the most entertaining moments in Zyurangers. It sucks that Burai didn't last as long as he should on the show. But, he was a great sixth ranger and had a very interesting background story.
