Games That are VERY HJU.

Lots of good ones mentioned here.

I certainly think that the Snes Kamen Rider Beat em'up is VERY HJU, and the assorted power rangers games there have been. Also for Sega, Cosma Police Galivan II Arrow of Justice, it's a beat'em up that has a very metal hero/space sheriff look, and also a "half kaijin" type chick and a polymorphic robot as the playable characters.

Seconded.

Or...is there a game where lots of guy geeks sit around and talk about stuff....and then a few chicks randomly make an appearance and the game enters FAP mode?

No More Heroes embodies this place so much that I want to make it the official game of HJU.

A otaku hero, buying weapons off EBay, loves hot chicks, room full of toys, and battling the craziest villians the world's ever seen?

That's HJU to a 't'.

Plus Brawl has that kickass Subspace Emissary storyline where heroes fight evil FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

 Except that Travis Touchdown doesn't do it for GREAT JUSTICE

However I think a No More Heroes theme would be swell!

Glad nobody said this thus far, because I will be the first to say it:

Strider

You can't get any more HJU than with a futuristic ninja who carries an energy "katana" -- the almighty Cypher -- to take on an evil overlord.

Mass Effect. Both the paragon and the renegade paths. You are doing what you need to do, to save the universe and the people in it. Shepard goes for Justice. if you go renegade it's just a different kind ;0
