The BBC and Channel 4 both refused to fund this, but eventually Film Four agreed to it. It's expected to be released in in early 2010.

It's from Chris Morris, best known as the media troll genius behind [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFNs2mOkKzc"]Brass Eye[/ame], The Day Today, [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEacGiMO3K0"]Jam[/ame], and the now infamous Brass Eye [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kx4ixXQFUQY"]pedophile special[/ame]
