foreign language speakers

east asian languages have better functionality as far as i am concerned. though i only speak english and japanese, romance languages absolutely baffle me. last semester, i took french 1 and i am quite shocked that i passed the course. there's just something about matching gender, number, and case that just frustrate. despite all this, german still has my fascination.

Also, Im thinking of taking the Japanese Language Proficiency Test next year. I might take level 2 first and if I do well on that, Ill take the level 1. I listen to a lot of Kpop, so I want to study Korean some day as well.

I started taking Japanese in high school, did a home stay when I was 17, studied it in college, and now I live in Saitama.

^ I just took Level 1 on Sunday and as usual, I wanted to throw a huge tantrum the moment I reached the Reading section. it's not that I don't understand the articles or the questions, I just despise that section a lot.

N3 is too easy for me. when I took N2, the Reading section was so freakin' hard but I surprisingly passed. reeeeeally hope I pass N1, but even if I don't, I refuse to go through it again in December.
