The Forbidden Kingdom Trailer

The Drunken Reviewer sent in a look at THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM. This should release here in the States 'round late April, if memory serves.

This is the first time Jackie Chan & Jet Li star in the same project. Strangely, it's directed by Rob Minkoff, who brought us the first two STUART LITTLE films and (unfortunately) THE HAUNTED MANSION.


The Drunken Reviewer...liked it. A lot. Presumably he was actually sober while watching the thing, but ya never can tell.

So I read that this review was probably a plug... that is, it was put in for the purpose of getting attention and publicity for a film that is kind of "iffy." I wouldn't be surprised, I can't imagine given the director and story and character elements that it would be anything other than pure crap. :disappoin

It doesn't help that Jackie Chan went out and straight up said FK isn't a very good movie.
