Firt time I heard the world was going to end was that August 11 one in 1996 or 1998, idek anymore. Was still in school, and unfortunately mankind's impending doom didn't impress the teacher enough to cancel the math test. So the scheduled hour for the ~*~end of the world~*~ came, passed, and we were still sitting there doing logarithms while the planet failed to burst into flames and kill us all. Very anticlimatic.
