I'm sorry friend but you are delusional Square has said multiple times that they have NO plans to remake 7.
Plus despite what fanboys say FFXIII and it's sequel weren't faliures and still managed to top charts after they're release.

Well, I'm glad to hear that the rumor of the cancellation of FF Versus XIII is not true. It would've been very lame and embarrassing if it was true. They really need to hurry up and release more footage of the game though. It's been in a long production and it's preventing Nomura's team to work on KH 3. Hearing this news still doesn't change my stance on the company's projects though. I get more excited for their remakes than new games and that won't change for a while.

Of course that's what they all want. FF13 was just, IMO, really bad. The only FF worse would have to be FFX. 13 has some awful characters, story, writing, and plot.

nothing was good after FFIX for some people, including myself. even so, I still enjoyed XIII despite the awful linear and repetitive gameplay.

No. FF7 is considered the best of the best for FF. I personally don't see it, but if you ask people what their favorite FF is they usually say 7.
