Last I heard from this guy was 4.9.14 - he said he'd send pictures of a purchase I wanted to make prior to me sending off payment. He didn't send the pictures, ever.

Same here. I've been trying to buy his Gokaiger lot for nearly a year now, but he stopped responding and never gave me his paypal again. He pulled through for everything else, but if a mod could just shut this down so people stop necro-ing, it would prevent alot of confusion.
