Eventhough Handa's potrayal of Takumi wasn't really good, hell even I'm more brooding than he was.

Even though I have seen zilch of Faiz (not yet anyways ^___^) I'd probably go with either Kaixa or Saiga in the looks for Saiga and the badassness in Kaixa.

The only Rider from Faiz worth mentioning -- the Keitarou Kaixa. Seiji Takaiwa played Kaixa in suit for that part and I love his reaction when he accidentally does the right thing and kills that Orphenoch. Not only is that more in a twenty second scene than Mihara did in his 20+ episodes, but it's the only highlight of that stinky Paradise Lost movie.

I'd go with V3- he's fought villains more heroic than some of these guys combined.

Seriously, if it were based on looks- Psyga. But he barely even qualifies as a Rider in my book. More like a Kamen Jetpacker!
