Okay, so we have a Toy Haul thread, where we display toys we've all obtained and show them off to the envy of others.

We have a Toy Action Thread, where we pose our toys to funny and hilarious scenes to serious butt-kicking action.

So rather showing off what we just got and what we already have, why don't we talk about what we want? Hence, the "Toy Ogle Thread". I'll start off with this:

HLJ's selling these babies individually than the whole set for %60 to %65 off each. That's less than $20! This also makes me want to pick up the series!

So, anything else you guys want?

BTW, to you Saint Seiya veterans, I think these are the normal Bronze cloths, not the Final ones.

BTW, to you Saint Seiya veterans, I think these are the normal Bronze cloths, not the Final ones.

I've wanted to get into saint cloth myth for a looooooooooooooooong time, ever since I started watching Atom's reviews on CollectionDX...despite knowing next to nothing about Saint seiya.

Namely, I want the Odin Cloth:

I've also wanted to check out for a long time Konami's Busou Shinki line, namely I want:

Fubuki Ki Wings Version.

LOL, I do sell some myth cloth here....

That Bronze set was far more cheaper in December last year when they offer free EMS shipping... So, meaning you just need to pay 10,000 Yen for the whole set (in briefcase)...


btw, that set is the bronze version 2 (a.k.a reborn cloth)... appears in 2nd wave of the story ~Asgard chapter and Poseidon chapter....

They're that cheap because nobody wants those Saint Seiya figures with the terrible head sculpts and 1st gen bodies.

I've given up on the Myth Cloth line, they went from bad head sculpts, to really good ones for a period, and now it's like they couldn't be arsed and the sculpts have become bad again. (Save for one or two really important characters like Poseidon/Specter Gemini, Aquarius and Capricorn)

Bandai not continuing with the release of better head sculpt in their Appendix line for the remaining ugly Gold Saints also pisses me off.

I want the S.I.C V3 & Riderman set, so then I can sit still and wait quietly for them to release Stronger, and I'll finally have the glorious 7 in some form.

I'm also waiting patiently for Bandai to re-issue the S.I.C. Blade and Hibiki, and I can tick off the S.I.C. Heisei 10. But by the look of things, I wouldn't be surprised if people who started collecting the Kiwami versions recently would be able to tick that off before I do.

I wouldn't mind getting them, despite the ugly head sculpts. It's not as bad as when I saw the Bandai of Hong Kong's "Dark Dragon" and "Dark Andromeda" on HLJ. I was laughing my ass off when I saw those. XD

But hey, first I need to pay off for my Gundams to get these bad boys. =D I still remember how I was so into the show when it was released in Toonami. Too bad I can't find the manga anywhere...

That's because those are basically re-coloured releases of the 80s toys. The Japanese versions look just as bad.

They were great toys in the 80s though, I used to have a Minami Kotaro in that style with the armour for all 3 of his RX forms.

I like this set because I've ALWAYS wanted the toys for these. When "Knights of the Zodiac" came out in Cartoon Network, I used to go apeshit and think about Ronin Warriors. That stuff started for me, but I've always been a little collector as a kid...

Seiyas face looks derpy LOL. They came out with apendages, basically busts to make them look better.
