does anyone think the evil riders in the series can be intimidating. i mean kitazaki as delta. imagine waking up in the middle of the night and catching that delta in your house.

I uh... don't remember Kitazaki as the type to randomly wake people in the middle of the night.

On a more serious note, I don't think they're much more intimidating than other major villains.

On a more serious note, I don't think they're much more intimidating than other major villains.

The only Evil Rider I found indimidating was Ouja. The rest came off as selfish, to where they would put their ambitions before anything.

A sentai posing, heroic Ouja from the Hyper Battle Video...is as creepy as Keitaro turning into Kaixa.

Tojo was also kind of evil, just in a more subtle way.

The thing about Tojo was that he came off looking like a hypocrite, to where he would kill for the so-called greater good. Which didn't came off looking like a hero. Though in the end, he died as one when he saved a father & son.
