I remember on the Rey Mysterio 619 DVD, he does the whole thing with his mask on. Except when he visits his old neighborhood in Mexico. They went and blurred out his face instead. There was some heat on him for wearing the mask again after losing. I guess such a thing is taken more seriously down there.

It is...to wrestlers in mexico, their mask is who they are...it's a sacred item to the wrestlers. But when some shitty promotion in America is gonna force you to take it if, then that gives them a reason to be pretty pissed off.

He doesnt bother you guys? I mean his ommentary is usually at least tolerable, but he annoys the hell out of me when his voice gets all squeaky and he goes through that whole damn "OH MY GOD!" routine.

Listening to Joey was a good chunk of the fun of watching ECW. I honestly think he did not know what the guys were going in the ring and reacted just like anybody else would. I know a few times I've said a few oh my god right along with him. Besides without the OH MY GOD and the ever classic CATFIGHT, it wouldn't be a ECW broadcast with out that

Joey Styles was great because he knew his wrestling, he knew who to bash, and he who what to do.

To me, I still say Mike Tenay is #1.

YAY! Another Mike Tenay fan! I respect this dude so much for his vast personal knowledge of the wrestler's and wrestling manuevers. I thought he was great in WCW and he really excels on TNA. The Professor 4 life!

I like 'em equally. I like Styles a bit more because for me, I grew up watching ECW from 1995-2001....so, I came to love the shriek "OH MY GOD!" when something insane happened.

Not so much overrated as just way past his prime and deteriorated to the point of becoming a self-parody.
