Car based shows don't last very long, I mean..c'mon, Fast Lane was axed in weeks, Team Knight Rider is probably the worst spin-off of anything next to Masked Rider, even VIPER went through three different retcons in it's four seasons, it went from a "futuristic fugitives from justice fight corrupt organisation" series to "generic goverment team battle listless stand alone criminals in a car that does'nt talk".
It's a shame so many veichle based shows are'nt done much justice or given enough time to develop, one example is The Highwayman, a 1980's series starring Tim Russ and Sam Neil, which was a Mad Max/Knight Rider style series.
Drive's been cancelled. Miner is an idiot staying on FOX the way he has. All of his shows hav'nt made it past one season, and all of them have become cult classics.
No surprise. I know Fox is known for canning shows quick. But I don't think I've watched a show that's died this quickly, even Kitchen Confidential lived a little longer. Heh, and I was wondering why House was showing in its time slot next week.
