You know RSR, on top of doing everything others have already mentioned, there are a couple of things you can do now before you step foot in Japan (if that is your final goal).
1) Ask yourself these things:
a. What's my education level?
b. What, if allowed, do I want to do?
c. Do I have all the qualifications? If not, that's your first step.
d. Take an inventory of what your Likes/Dislikes, your Skills/Talents. etc.
One of the easiest and crucial factors in being successful in finding a job, is to know yourself.
2) Go to the public library or a university library. They have free and often very helpful databases and such. If you're interested in Japan, get to know the culture, history, research it. Don't base things off of their entertainment, (while these things can provide a lot of important cultural insight), they don't portray reality. Talk to the people on this forum who live and work there. They can tell you first-hand.
Why history? Japan, like many other countries, but particularly Japan, are inclined to xenophobia. It's not easy to fit in right off the bat in any place, but you should be prepared to know what you're going to face.
3) This may sound cliche but it's true. Often education is the quickest, and least expensive way to relocate etc.
4) Finally, your parents are good resources. Ask them what they think. They do, despite whatever you might think/disagree/agree are older than you, hence most likely more experienced about such matters in this world, and if you show them you're serious about this, I'm almost sure any parent would do what they can to help.
If you're seriously set on living and working in Japan one day, it might take awhile, but these and what everyone else has said is probably the fundamental steps to making that a reality. Good Luck!
