From that five minutes, I'd have to say I'd rather watch that, than the Street Fighter movie. But then I'm not a fan of DOA, so maybe thats the difference.

Yeah it makes a difference, the Street Fighter movie was better than this money whoring garbage <__< at least the Street Fighter movie was funny, this movie you don't even have a single full asian girl, Devon Aoki (she plays Kasumi) isn't even full Japanese (mostly German I think) and looks nothing like Kasumi.

Btw trivia, Ninja Black from Kakuranger plays Ryu Hayabusa.

I actually just thought it was a really crappy movie no matter how you looked at it.

:disappoin well.. I say the same about the Super Mario movie. I loved that movie but everyone hated it. But for Street Fighter. I have to say even as a kid I never liked the Street Fighter movie. The Animated Movie version showed how a good Street Fighter movie is done.

Well I thought the Street Fighter movie was funny, like how the Super Mario movie is funny. The movies are crap as movies, but still quality entertainment and good to watch from time to time for laughs :thumbs:

I found the movie to be enjoyable. It's just a fun mindless kick butt martial arts movie with lots of fanservice =D

Yay for fanservice! Robin Shou and Collin Chou cameos!! XD <3

The cast is a fun bunch. I think Devon Aoki's an ok actress, but good lord she cannot deliver her lines at all >_< I recall a few times when I just cringed at her speaking parts. I liked the rest of the cast though, especially Jaime Pressly and the guy who played Bass, they're both really funny =D

I've never played any of the DOA games, but watching this movie at least made me take some time to research the story and character backgrounds. From what I've read, it seems to me the movie gave a good tribute to the original game series.

Anyway, I suggest everyone to watch the movie if they enjoy watching many hot womenz kicking ass for an hour and a half XD
